1995 Kit Companion Fifth Wheel with double-wide slide-out in
living/dining area. Wrap around kitchen/pantry with side-by-side
refrigerator/freezer (electric/propane), 3-burner stove, oven,
microwave, generator, queen master bed, gaucho couch (and double bed)
and dinette - sleeps 6. I'm short on work and need to sell to pay bills
- $10,000.

Vehicle Description:
You are bidding on a very nice Kit Companion RV. I am the original owner
and
can tell you anything you would like to know about the trailer. This a
beautiful model with a double wide slide out along the kitchen and
family
room area (seen along the right side of the photo above). The slide
moves
out 3 and 1/2 feet creating a very spacious area indeed. The trailer
exhibits oak cabinets throughout and wall-to-wall carpets with a vinyl
floor
along the kitchen.
The kitchen comes complete with:
* a side-by-side refrigerator / freezer combination that about the
largest
in the industry which can operate on propane or AC;
* a spacious microwave oven;
* a three burner stove including a high-output burner for gourmet
cooking;
* an oven with two shelves instead of one;
* a double kitchen sink;
* a spacious decorative mirrored pantry.
The built-in dinette with picture window seats four and converts to a
sleeping area for two and features convenient storage areas underneath
the
seats.
Next to the dinette is a long gaucho couch which pulls out into a double
bed
with ample storage space beneath and behind and windows that cover the
entire length and end of the couch.
The oak entertainment center and movable swivel rocker finish off the
family
area up to the entry. The entertainment center features 3 book shelves,
stereo / tape / intercom, side closet and storage shelves for games and
video tapes.
The bathroom is really two rooms - one has the sink with mirrored
medicine
cabinet and double cloths closets with drawers beneath and a near full
length decorative mirror; the other has oak cabinets to hold your
sundry,
the commode, and a shower including a shower message.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with closets on each side,
storage
above, and reading lights as well as room lights and a pull up
television
table with TV hookups.
The interior of the trailer is decorated in a light blue tone throughout
(valences on all windows, mini-blind window coverings, wall to wall
carpet,
linoleum in the kitchen, and pictures).
The "home" has central air conditioning with adjustable vents along the
ceiling throughout and forced air heating with floor vents throughout.
The
trailer is equipped with a near full length awning and a roof top TV
antenna
that adjusts in all directions from the family room. To top it off, a
3.5kw
propane generator will powerful enough to run everything in the trailer
along with a blow dryer or vacuum cleaner. Two large 7.5 gallon propane
tanks of fuel for refrigerator, stove, oven, and generator.
The unit has a gross weight of around 10,000 lbs, and has near new tires
with American Tire's lifetime warranty against blow-outs (paid extra
just
for this special warranty). The unit is ready to go, and while it is
sold as
is, it does not need any repairs as far as I know other than minor
attention
to the floor of the shower which I am currently working on.
I will deliver the RV up to 500 miles from Redding, California for 1
dollar
($1) per mile.
